Privacy notice
What this website collects, where it goes and how long it is kept. Last updated 15 September 2026.
Who is responsible
Revenusion is the controller for personal data collected through revenusion.com. Contact: [email protected].
What the site collects
This site has no accounts, no analytics cookies and no tracking scripts. Personal data reaches it one way: what you type into one of its forms:
- Contact form — your name, email address and message.
- Suggestion form — a subject, your suggestion and, if you choose to give it, an email address.
- Early-access request — your work email, your company and, if you choose, your name. Also what you ship, your stack and a note on how you want to monetize it.
Each form also contains a hidden field that stays invisible to legitimate visitors. If it is filled in, the submission is treated as automated and discarded.
Where it goes
Submissions are forwarded as an email to [email protected] by a small service run by Revenusion. The submission passes straight through this website and that service to the mailbox, the one place its content is kept. The service keeps a short-lived counter per connection to limit submissions per hour. For that window, it keeps the network address. That is the one piece of personal data it holds.
Why
To reply to you and to act on a suggestion. For early-access requests: to set up your Oclavex account and tell you it is ready. The legal basis is your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and Revenusion’s legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long
Messages live in the Revenusion mailbox for as long as the conversation is useful and are deleted afterwards. Early-access requests are kept until the account is created or the request is declined.
Your rights
You can ask what Revenusion holds about you. You can ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to your national data-protection authority.
Oclavex, the platform
This notice covers the marketing website; the Oclavex platform has its own terms. Data inside the Oclavex platform includes your account and your customers’ licenses and usage. The Oclavex terms and the data processing agreement govern it. Under them, you are the controller and Oclavex is your processor. See legal and data residency and privacy and data-subject requests in the Oclavex documentation.
